Training Speed and Coordination with "Explode - Up Squats"

Here is an elite ski racer performing EXPLODE UP SQUATS.

Level 1-

Note- the explosive speed required to jump UP in order to land a perfectly aligned deep squat. (especially in the 2nd video  below where she is turning 90 degrees before landing her squat)

Note- the coordination of the arm swings timed with the explosive "jump"

Note- the awareness of the pelvis leading the turns

Level 2 - Add 90 degree turns
