Windmills on the Surface address coordination, flexiblilty, pelvic strength, and endurance

Here is a group of elite ski racers from Waterville Valley Academy training hard in the deep water performing a set of WINDMILLS.

They are training for COORDINATION, FLEXIBILITY, PELVIC STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE in a gravity- free environment.

They are also recovering their joints, spines and skeletal systems by removing the load that gravity has put on them up on the hill. They will now be able to wake up the next day feeling strong, flexible, recovered and ready to ski hard again up on the hill!
