"Bench Jump-Ons" to Develop Coordination, Strength and Speed

Here are a group of varsity soccer players using the bench to perform "Jump-Ons."

NOTE:
-the athlete fighting to maintain alignment of his feet and legs as he jumps on and off the bench 
-the athlete's fight to stay "light"as he performs each jump on and off by using his upper body
