"Pyramid" hill squat jumps

Here are a group of athletes (2 soccer players, 2 runners, and 1 ski racer) all working hard at being light with their squat jump landings as they move sidewards up a hill. They are following a "pyramid" by adding 1 jump each set until they do 10 and then subtracting 1 jump each set until they get back to 1.

They are focusing on:
-getting height with each jump so there is time to absorb the landing with their heels down
-using their arms to help them get the height
-landing with their head and chest "up"
