FORWARD CHEST TO BACK ROLLS WITH LATERAL SPLITS WEARING TUBING ON FEET

Here is one of my elite runners recovering in the water after a tough land workout. She is traveling forward while performing "chest to back rolls" and adding a lateral split on the surface wearing tubing between her feet.

NOTE:
-the pelvic strength required to keep  the hips up on the surface and separate her feet without letting the hips drop.
-the strength required of her abductors to maintain the lateral split throughout the "roll"
