REVERSE CHEST TO BACK ROLLS WITH LATERAL SPLITS WEARING TUBING ON FEET

Watch this video of one of my elite 16 year old runners recovering her body after a land session. She is traveling backwards performing "chest to back rolls" adding a lateral split on the surface when she is on her chest. She is wearing small tubing on her feet.

NOTE:
-the pelvic strength required to bring the hips to the surface while maintaining a wide split position
