Here are a group of our athletes performing HIGH SIDE LEAPS with a coordinated arm circle with their stick.
Note- the fight to stay square with their feet, hips and shoulders
-the fight to keep the pelvis forward and the spine vertical
-the leap of the lead leg timed with the circling down of the stick
-the attention to keeping the stick tight to the body throughout the full circle of the stick
