V-sit-ups with foot grabs

Watch the above video of some of our athletes performing an abdominal exercise coming in and out of a V-Sit position.                      
                                   FOCUS IS ON:
                                    - control on the" up" and the" down"

                                    - alignment of knees and ankles

                                    -keeping their brain  "turned on" throughout the exercise
                                      by alternating the lead leg after the doubles
                                     ( For example- right/left/both    left/right/both    right/left/both)
