Training in Deep Water in the Vertical Position Requires Tremendous Pelvic Strength

            -the core and pelvic strength required to maintain the vertical alignment of the spine throughout
             exercise
           -the coordination of the "pull and the push" of the kickboard being timed with the stepping of
