A Funny Thing Happened Today In The Morning Workout While Tether Running

Tether Running is a good exercise for my athletes to develop their pelvic strength.

This morning my athletes finished their workout in the water with sprinting for cones while tethered with long tubing at their ankles. Their goal was to keep their vertical alignment throughout the sprint by keeping their pelvis under their shoulders.

This video shows 2 of my athletes doing an awesome job tending to their vertical alignment and maintaining a strong position through the 4 sprints.

Watch the last sprint attempt that "Matt" makes and note how hard he is working to get to the cone!!!!

THE FUNNY PART OCCURRED WHEN  I TRIED TO HELP HIM BY THROWING THE CONE TO HIM AND "CLOCKED" HIM ACCIDENTALLY ON THE HEAD WITH THE CONE!!!!!!!!
WE ALL HAD A GOOD LAUGH AFTER THAT!!!!!!

SORRY, MATT!!!!!
A++  FOR EFFORT!!!!!!!!
