VERY YOUNG ATHLETES CAN DEVELOP BOTH PELVIC STRENGTH AND ALIGNMENT WHEN RUNNING IN THE WATER IN THE VERTICAL POSITION

Here are 2 young ski racers, ages 10 and 12, working hard to achieve pelvic alignment in the water as they run.

Note- the core strength they need to get their hips under their shoulders when they are running in the vertical position.

Note-  the coordination required to continuously run with arms and legs linked together.
