VERY YOUNG ATHLETES CAN GAIN HEALTHY FLEXIBILITY AND STRENGTH BY USING WATER TO RESIST AND ASSIST THEIR MOVEMENTS



Here are 2 young ski racers, ages 10 and 12, performing SIDE BENDS on the surface.


Note -the pelvic strength they are developing as they try to keep their hips on the surface.
