Large Flotation Cuffs on the Ankles Offers a Huge Core Challenge in the Water

Watch these videos as a group of our athletes try moving in the water with flotation cuffs on their ankles for the first time.

The athletes quickly realize how strong their abdominals need to be as they fight to resist the cuffs floating to the water's surface.

As long as the athletes can control the cuffs with their abdominal strength and also maintain good pelvic alignment (pelvis under the shoulders), they will make huge flexibility gains as the cuffs will take their legs into increased ranges of motion.
