Here are some of our athletes performing SIDE-TUCK ROLLS WITH KICKS TO PULL-OUTS on the surface of the water. After a tough land workout, they can continue to train hard in the water. By removing gravity and impact, they can also decompress their spines and joints, remove lactic acid from their muscles and end their 2 hour ( Land/Water) session with attention to flexibility and muscle recovery.
The only time my athletes say they are sore the next day is when it thunders and we are restricted to land only!!
