"Shrimping"- --Another Great Primitive Movement

Our athletes learned a fun new primitive movement yesterday called "SHRIMPING". Watch the video series and note how FLEXIBILITY,STRENGTH AND COORDINATION are all being addressed. the athlete's body awareness on the ground is challenged so coordination is really taxed. One of our athletes is a soccer goalie and agreed it would be a good exercise for him to use as a warm-up as it addresses movements a goalie needs to have. LEVEL 1 SHRIMPING LEVEL 2 SHRIMPING COMBINED WITH KONG CRAWL (COORDINATION IS MORE ADVANCED AS THE ATHLETE COMBINES 2 MOVEMENTS)
