Loaded Kick-Throughs

Here are some athletes training in a challenging PRIMITIVE position. Every PWL workout includes an exercise in a primitive crawl-like position. Training in this PRIMITIVE position takes most athletes out of their comfort zone. Our athletes (especially females) are not familiar with this crawl-like position and feel their body awareness being challenged. COORDINATION, FLEXIBILITY, QUICKNESS, ENDURANCE AND STRENGTH are all being addressed in this one exercise.
