Leg Threads

Here is an example of a ski racer training for STRENGTH, SPEED, and COORDINATION and ENDURANCE with primitive movements. It is important to put all athletes in primitive crawl-like positions, as it builds full-body stabilizing strength. Primitive movements also challenge the athlete's body awareness and coordination as it puts them in an unfamiliar training position. NOTE - Each partner holds a planked "primitive" position when they are waiting their turn.
