An Athlete is only as Fast as They are Coordinated and Balanced

An athlete needs to connect their arms and legs with coordination first. Then the athlete can add the speed quality to develop full body speed.  The arms will dictate the speed of the lower body.


Here are some videos of one of my 14 year old elite ski racers developing full body SPEED combined with BALANCE and COORDINATION


NOTE-
           -the quickness (or speed) of his arms will dictate the speed of his legs switching
           -the coordination and balance never fall apart due to speed being added
           -no break at his pelvis
            -vertical alignment of his spine
