V-sit kick-outs

Athletes hold 2 small weights and sit in a v-sit position with bent legs. Keeping their knees together, they extend one leg and opposite arm at the same time to touch foot while extending the other arm behind.

Focus is on:
-double extension of both arms 
-knees together throughout the exercise 
-attention to the coordination of moving the arms with the legs
