Athletes travel forward by continuously performing squat jumps with 90 degree turns. They must alternate turning to the left and then to the right each jump.
Now ADD 270 degree turns-
Focus is on:
- alternating turning to the left then right....
-timing the coordination of the arm swing with the jump
-controlling the pelvis in the air to land exactly 90( and then 270) degrees
-landing heels down with head and chest up
-landing lightly absorbing each jump
