Simple to Complex Training

The Burdenko Training Method aways introduces an exercise at a simple level stressing perfect form,  coordination of arms and legs and proper alignment of spine and joints.  Once the athletes master the simpler level, the exercise advances to a more complex level emphasizing a direction change,  a speed change, or a more difficult coordination, balance, flexibility or strength challenge.  Finally the same exercise becomes even more complex by adding more than one challenging quality at the same time.  Athletes who train in the Burdenko "simple to complex" environment are able to gain confidence as they advance to more complex movements. Athletes will maximize their results, minimize injuries and advance to the next level of their sport.
