Squat Hops With Ground Sweeps

Moving sidewards, athletes continuously hop into and out of a deep squat while coordinating sweeping the ground with straight inside arm circles. 
Focus is on:
-head and chest up on squat
-full extension of legs and arms with hips forward on the jump up
-light feet and absorb the squat

ADD:
Level 2
Change the arm- sweep coordination pattern to inside/inside/outside/outside...
Focus is on:
 -nailing the deep squat with each arm- sweep
