Straight leg " lay- overs"

From a double straight leg up position, athletes lay both straight legs over to one side with control then bring them to a controlled stop in the middle then lay them over to the other side with contol.
Focus is on:
-no plopping of legs to surface when lowering them (have little splash)
-keeping legs straight and stacked
-squaring upper body off to the sky
-hips up on surface always
