Side leaps with arm circles

Athletes continuously leap sidewards with high knees while moving arms in big circles with stick.
Focus is on:
-staying square with shoulders, hips and feet
-coordinating each leap with the arm circles
-taking high leaps with both legs
-keeping arms tight to body throughout the circle

ADD SPEED CHANGES
Focus is on:
-continuously taking 3 high leaps at slow speed and then 3 high leaps at a fast speed then control back to 3 high leaps at slow speed then 3 fast / 3 slow /3 fast / 3slow......
