Rotations from push-up position with leg lift

In a push-up position, athletes " hug" kettlebell at hip and lift opposite leg then rotate hips and upper body to slowly swing kettlebell straight up to a stop
Focus is on:
-controlling kettlebell at top of swing to a stop
-squaring off with pelvis at each " hug" of kettlebell
-coordinating "hug" with leg lift
