1 to 2 Ups on the Surface

Athletes lift straight leg out of the water and bring it straight up then lift the other leg up to join it and finally lower 1 leg then the other to the surface.
Focus is on:
-hips on surface throughtout the exercise
-keep legs straight
-controlling other leg from moving when lowering first leg to surface.
- controlling other leg from sinking when raising first leg up
