Warm-up using ball

Here is a coordination warm up exercise using a small ball  
Athletes march with statue of liberty leg position (90 angle at knee and ankle) while passing small ball overhead and then under the lifted leg
Focus is on:
-coordinating the continuous passing of the ball under the leg in an outside /outside/ inside/ inside pattern 
-full extension of arms overhead
-chest and head up on the passes 
-no breaking at the pelvis
