Double Footed Step-Overs

From a horizontal position,  athletes lift their upper body as they bring their legs up to a seat position and "step over" the half roll with both feet,  extend their legs,  step over again and return to start
Focus is on:
-proper alignment of legs and feet
-feet off the ground throughout the exercise
-full extension of legs after step over
-full extension of arms in horizontal position
