here are some photos of recent water workouts

Running in deep water while pumping barbells up and down.
Focus is on pelvic alignment and coordinating pumping with stepping.

Rolling from chest to back in split leg position.
Focus is on keeping legs straight and opening hips up through the roll.

Laying on the surface of the water bringing one knee to chest and straightening leg out of the water.
Focus is on hamstring stretch with a straight leg and maintaining pelvic stability on the water's surface. 

Straight leg switch kicks out of the water.  
Focus is on controlled movements without splashing.
